Mhairi Gilmour

Hello, my name is Mhairi Gilmour. I am 23 years old, and I come from a little town called Airdrie, for those of you who have never heard of it, it is just outside Glasgow. My love of performing started in primary school and I have continued developing my greatest passion into my career. I have attended Youth Theatres, Young Companies and I graduated university in 2022. Through my university work I have found another way to be creative and that is through script writing. I love to take an idea, develop it and work with others to create a finished performance. At present I am also a freelance arts facilitator for North Lanarkshire council. I work with various age groups, including an additional support needs group and I love to see others sharing my passion of performing. I look forward to embracing all my future opportunities and cannot wait for what is to come.
